We have got a chemical laboratory of over 100 square metres at our facilities which provides customers with timely technical assistance in line with their needs. GearChem's constant commitment to research and development allows it to generate innovation, propose solutions and ensure attentive quality control services on incoming raw materials and finished outgoing products.

The technical laboratory assistance provided to customers ensures consistently high standards and allows for the provision of adequate support and advice in the selection and management of process fluids. We can define the status of an operating fluid and recommend interventions based on sampling and in-depth analyses.

We are able to recommend activities and operations according to customers' processing needs: our constant objective is the achievement of optimal performance and the desired level of quality. We conduct compatibility tests that allow us to verify any necessary conditions for the replenishment of our fluids in tanks containing other products, thus avoiding unnecessary risks and emptying. Over time we monitor the status of our fluids in use; this service is free to all our customers.

Research is at the core of our laboratory. Our customers' needs are the driving force in the establishment of goals. The constantly updated skills of our staff along with close contact with suppliers and advanced technological equipment are the essential ingredients that comprise our fluid.

Quality control ensures that the formula developed in the research phase is identically reproduced in production, with an analysis protocol for each production batch. This is accomplished through the rigorous selection of suppliers, targeted controls on raw materials and checks of the technical specifications on all batches of finished products. Only then will the product be available for shipment.

All of our equipment is of the latest generation, and is subject to continuous maintenance and periodic calibration checks as required by our quality plan. We make use of external accredited calibration laboratories and institutions when we cannot perform these activities in-house.
